An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our Rheumatology team, as part of an aspiring World-Class provider of healthcare to the patients, visitors, and communities that we serve.
We are seeking someone who is committed, caring, and an experienced nurse to utilise and develop the full range of their clinical skills. The successful candidate will have a dynamic and positive attitude towards the innovation and development of the specialist service as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The Rheumatology department covers a wide-demographic area including; Coventry and Warwickshire, Northampton, Nottingham, and Leicestershire.
The department is based at two sites; University Hospital, Coventry and Hospital of St.Cross, Rugby.
You will be joining a busy Nursing Team, in the Outpatient Department and will run independent Nurse-led clinics across both sites. You will be responsible for day to day management and monitoring of our patients, including blood monitoring, medication reviews, and counselling.
