An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated Nurse / AHP to join one of our Female Acute Inpatient Mental Health Teams. 

We have a clinical lead post available on Willowvale Ward, a 16 bedded Female ward  based at St Michaels Hospital in Warwick.  

We welcome applicants who are committed to improve care for people who require inpatient mental health services and innovate practice within a ward setting. Applicants will need to have substantial post registration experience.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be part of the Nursing teams across a specialist care pathway and work a span of duty including weekends and nights to ensure that a high level of quality care is maintained.  As part of the role you will support the Ward Manager in all aspects delivering safe care to patient group and with an emphasis of ensuring quality and safety is maintained with thin the ward at all times.
