This role offers excellent leadership development opportunities, including team management, rostering, MDT participation, pre-assessment clinics, and policy development within surgical specialities.

We offer tailored training supported by clinical nurse educators, with access to leadership programmes, specialist courses (e.g. diabetes, EPALS, surgical pre-assessment), and quality improvement initiatives. Clinical exposure includes high dependency care, respiratory, epilepsy, allergy/immunology, diabetes, mental health crisis, and more.
