PWY YDYM NI:

Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a’r Fro yw un o’r Byrddau Iechyd Integredig mwyaf yn y DU, yn cyflogi dros 14,000 o staff ac yn darparu dros 100 o wasanaethau arbenigol. Mae gennym amrywiaeth o yrfaoedd i’w cynnig ar draws 6 safle ysbyty. Gan wasanaethu tua 500,000 o bobl sy’n byw yng Nghaerdydd a’r Fro, ein ffocws yw anghenion iechyd a gofal ein poblogaeth leol a gwaith partneriaeth i ddatblygu gwasanaethau rhanbarthol. Ar y cyd, rydym yn ymrwymedig i wella canlyniadau iechyd i bawb a darparu gofal a chefnogaeth ragorol.

Ein cenhadaeth yw “Gofalu am Bobl, Cadw Pobl yn Iach”, a’n gweledigaeth yw y dylai siawns pob unigolyn o fyw bywyd iach fod yn gyfartal. Ein strategaeth trawsnewid a gwella 10 mlynedd, Llunio ein Llesiant i’r Dyfodol, yw ein cyfle i gydweithio â’r cyhoedd a’n gweithlu i sicrhau bod ein bwrdd iechyd yn fwy cynaliadwy ar gyfer y dyfodol.

Rydym yn Fwrdd Iechyd addysgu, â chysylltiadau agos â’r brifysgol. Gyda’n gilydd rydym yn hyfforddi’r genhedlaeth nesaf o weithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol, gan weithio ar ymchwil a fydd yn arwain at wella afiechydon heddiw.

 

EIN RHANBARTH:

 

Mae gan Gaerdydd, prifddinas ffyniannus Cymru, rywbeth at ddant pawb. Mae Castell Caerdydd yn ganolbwynt i’r ddinas, gyda 2000 o flynyddoedd o hanes. Gerllaw saif Stadiwm Principality, cartref Undeb Rygbi Cymru, lle cynhelir digwyddiadau chwaraeon rhyngwladol. Mae digonedd o theatrau a lleoliadau cerddoriaeth byw yng Nghaerdydd hefyd, ac amrywiaeth o fflatiau, bariau a thai bwyta newydd ym Mae Caerdydd.

Ceir cyfuniad o gefn gwlad hardd Cymru ac arfordir naturiol dramatig ym Mro Morgannwg, gan gynnwys yr enwog Arfordir Treftadaeth Morgannwg. Y Bont-faen, Penarth a Llanilltud Fawr yw rhai o’r trefi hudolus cyfagos.

Mae’n bosibl y bydd y rhai hynny sy’n chwilio am fwy o ddiwylliant yn cael eu denu at yr Amgueddfa Genedlaethol, Sain Ffagan Amgueddfa Werin Cymru neu Ganolfan y Mileniwm, cartref Opera Cenedlaethol Cymru.

The Community Nursing Service in North West  Cardiff Locality is currently offering a career opportunity for a qualified nurse within Primary Community Intermediate Care (PCIC) Clinical Board. We are looking to recruit to the Whitchurch District Nurse Team.

If you are keen to enhance your personal and professional development whilst making a real difference to patients, we would love to hear from you.

There are extensive learning and development opportunities for all nurses within the service, including specialist community nursing qualifications, advanced practitioner, wound and palliative care qualifications, with training up to and including Masters Level.

As a service we work closely with other community services and our colleagues in University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital Llandough and Locality based community hospitals, the local authority and voluntary sector, to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care including the development of new and integrated working models which offers opportunities for diverse and innovative new roles.
