- Good level of general education.
- NVQ Level 2 in “Direct Care” or “Health” or “Health and Social Care” or working towards it.
- Willingness and ability to gain NVQ level 2 in “Direct Care” or “Health” or “Health and Social Care”.
- Working in a team
- Basic keyboard skills
- Can demonstrate practical skills to others.
