Person specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria

GCSE Maths & English grade C or equivalent
Completed Care certificate or equivalent qualification

Desirable criteria

Relevant teaching qualification eg. PETLS
NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
Mental Health First Aider

Experience

Essential criteria

Proven recent experience in a healthcare setting
Evidence of delivering appropriate standard of patient care and improving the patient experience
Experience assessing staff in the Care Certificate

Desirable criteria

Experience of delivering training
Experience within a range of healthcare settings

Knowledge and Skills

Essential criteria

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Good interpersonal skills
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

Desirable criteria

Understanding of the role of post-registration team within the trust.
