The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to join Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Hospital at a time when London is at the forefront of healthcare redesign, developing a model of care that will help the NHS and other care providers in Greater London who provide quality services that are safe, accessible and sustainable for future generations.
It has rapidly developing services like organ transplantation both liver and kidney, vascular and plastic Hub for tertiary sites and other specialties including paediatrics. The Royal Free theatres are also leading the way with Robotic surgery.

Our facilities combined with the latest in technology and on-site support services enable our consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery.

The purpose of  8 bedded Post Anaesthesia Care Unit is to provide the optimal level of care for patients who had surgical intervention and immediately after anaesthetics.  The PACU admits post-operative and post-general anaesthetic patients from very busy 19 Main Operating Theatres. The department provides immediate post-operative and post-general anaesthetic services to all surgical speciality except for cardiac and neuro surgeries.
