Urgent Care

Innovative, adaptable, hardworking and keen to learn new skills?

Then we want you!

Are you someone who wants to improve quality and provide outstanding patient care and to ensure that our patient experience is one of the best.

We are looking for registered nurses who are wanting a new challenge and have a passion to do things differently. The UK’s newest assessment hub was opened in October 2019 and we are offering excellent opportunities for nurses to join us at this exciting time.

You will be responsible for the assessment and implementation of care for acute admissions. You will obtain skills in Advanced Assessment and be part of a dynamic and exciting team making exciting changes that will affect the way the hospital is run from the front door and throughout.

We are an extremely friendly and hardworking team and welcome all nurses from newly qualified through to senior staff nurses. We have a network of support available to all our staff and offer extensive training and refresher courses. It is a great place to enhance the skills you already have and gain a multitude of new skills with the support and guidance of a great team.

If you are keen on developing yourself, we are currently offering a bespoke training Programme designed for nurses who join the assessment units. It will help you to gain knowledge and skills to allow you to look after the acutely unwell patients. In turn you will gain experience in patient assessment and manage acutely ill emergency patients through the Urgent Care pathway.
