26 beds, patient diversity of respiratory and acute conditions admitted from ED/AMU/ITU. Monitored bays for acutely ill, requiring vigilant care and rapid response. Collaborative environment and supportive MDT of experienced professionals who are committed to high-quality care.
Your career goals are important; build skills and knowledge with bespoke development pathways. Develop with guidance from PDN for further training into specialist roles; CNS Respiratory, Lung, Oncology, Palliative. Internal leadership opportunities.
