Use of AI when writing Job Applications
While AI tools can be helpful in generating ideas and drafting initial versions, they should never be the sole source for writing your job application. AI cannot truly understand the specific job you’re applying for or what makes you a good fit. Therefore, it’s crucial to personalise any AI generated content to accurately reflect your skills, experiences and aspirations. Relying solely on AI to write your application may result in generic, impersonal and potentially inaccurate content. Always review and refine any AI-generated text to ensure if effectively communicates your experience, skills, accomplishments, and aspirations and demonstrates your suitability for the position.

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing?
Do you want to be part of the future of Mental Health Support Teams for Schools/Colleges?
We have some brand-new roles for the Coventry and Warwickshire Mental Health in Schools Teams (MHST).
MHSTs are an early intervention and prevention service that support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children, young people and families who are linked to schools and colleges settings. We are growing rapidly and are in a time of development and expansion as we are expected to support 100% of schools by 2029/30.
MHSTs offer three kinds of support:
- Individual, 1:1 and small-group targeted interventions for young people with mild-to-moderate mental health needs.
- Fostering and developing a whole-school approach to mental well-being in collaboration with key school staff.
- Advice, consultation and signposting to schools and other professionals.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust have a vision for our MHSTs which includes exciting new opportunities for registered Nurses with experience of working with young people and mental health difficulties If you have a passion to build positive relationships and have a curiosity to respond to the mental health needs of our children and young people in educational settings, these roles may be for you.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as a Band 5 Nurse within a multidisciplinary Mental Health Support Team (MHST), delivering timely, evidence-based mental health assessments and interventions to children, young people, and their families across a range of community and educational settings.
Under the supervision of senior clinicians, the nurse will support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of care in line with local pathways, clinical governance standards, and national guidance, including the THRIVE Framework. The role involves collaboration with education professionals, families, and relevant services to promote early intervention and improve mental health outcomes.
The post holder will provide both individual and group-based therapeutic interventions, including risk assessment and the use of structured, low-intensity psychological approaches. They will contribute to care planning and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
