The Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is proud to be at the forefront of innovation and forward thinking.  The Medicine Health Group has well progressed plans for meeting the needs of our patients and needs a flexible and committed workforce in order to support this initiative.

The Diabetes & Endocrinology Department is looking to recruit a Patient Discharge Assistants (PDA).  The successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to working on a busy war. The post will involve working including weekends and bank holidays.  This post involves skills and knowledge around progressing patients through the discharge process, communicating with relatives, social workers, and other multi professional staff.

We are offering a permanent position with a 6 month probationary period the opportunities will be varied and interesting, changing on a regular basis.

There will be a full training package and therefore would be an ideal position for someone who is looking for a change of career, a new challenge or to increase the range of their experience.
