An exciting opportunity has arisen within trauma Orthopedics ward D4 for a Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse.

D4 ward is a 22 bed Trauma Orthopedic ward.  We care for patient with a range of different Orthopedic conditions and injuries. We have a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, which helps to ensures a complete approach to patient centered care.  We are looking for applicants who have a passion to embrace new and innovative ways of managing change and believe that the patient experience is central to care delivered. 

There are good opportunities for your continuing professional development within Hampshire Hospitals, and this will be supported and encouraged by the Clinical Matron and Senior Ward Sister.

If you are an experienced nurse, who is looking to take the next steps in your career, to take on a role with additional leadership and management responsibilities then we would really like to hear from you.
